hris Jackson is the CEO and Founder of Lionshare Capital & Lionshare Partners. Chris help managed over 300 million dollars of individual and institutional assets and held senior roles at multiple globally recognized investment firms. He draws on a decade of multidisciplinary experience to help high net worth individuals and small business owners solves their financial challenges. Chris brings over a decade of experience and knowledge to valuation, exit planning, and business and financial consulting engagements.
An entrepreneur, speaker and media personality, Chris has been featured in several news outlets such as CNN, Huffington Post, Wall Street Journal, and The Washington Post. He served as a market analyst for the iHeart Radio podcast, “City Watch on the Air.” With extensive expertise in business valuations and exit planning, his strengths include business planning, value enhancements, operational improvements, organizational restructuring, financial modeling, management reporting, benchmarking and turnarounds.
Chris is the founder of Lionshare Partners, financial planning firm and Lionshare Capital, a business consultant practice. Chris has an extensive educational background including a bachelor’s degree from UCLA, studied Investment Theory and Accounting at Harvard, and an MBA from Cal Lutheran University.
He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA), Certified Exit Planner (CExP) from the Business Enterprise Institute (BEI), Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA) from The Institute for Divorce Financial Analysts and an IRS Enrolled Agent (EA).
Chris was a former Board Member of the non-profit organization, Strive LA, a mini-campus for Los Angeles inner city youth and currently a Hearing Panel Volunteer with CFP Board’s Disciplinary and Ethics Commission in Washington D.C.
